He has worked for the banking division of a Fortune 50 Company and has been a guest speaker at financial conferences for national associations. His solution-oriented approach has been focused on project economics, capitalization strategies, and financial management of real estate development projects.
Nikolay has a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Economic Development, summa cum laude, from the University of Baltimore. He is fluent in Spanish and Polish, is well traveled, and is a veteran who served with distinction as an airborne ranger and a recon paratrooper in the U.S. Army. A.M.D.G.
